When you receive your package you can try the piece on in the privacy of your own home and we have a 14-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. The accessories must not have been used and make sure to return the pieces and package with order number, product name and price. Please contact us before you return at info@piecesbybonbon.se.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Pieces by bonbon will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.
Products are ordered via pieces by bonbons online store. An order through the online store has been completed when you receive an order confirmation from us. However, we do not guarantee that we can deliver all the items you ordered. If a product can not be delivered, we will refund the corresponding amount without delay.

Delivery time within Sweden is 1-7 business days.
For deliveries within Sweden Pieces by bonbon charges 59 SEK.
Free freight: When you buy over 500 SEK.
International shipments delivery time is 2-14 business days.
For international deliveries pieces by bonbon charges 99 SEK within EU.
Rest of the world (not eu) 129 SEK.
Once your order is place
Once your order has been placed, it will usually be fulfilled within 5 business days at our office in Gothenburg Sweden.
Shipping takes between 1 and 14 days depending on where in the world you are located.
